Our front office staff at Physiomotion is the backbone of our service to you. We want all of our visitors, patients, and guests to feel at home at Physiomotion. Not Pictured (Yet): Amanda Jones, PT; Lucy Santillan, PT Aide.
Pictured: Jason Dacumos, who is off earning his PT degree as we speak!
Our Office Manager, Erin Wilson, is Jason's sister. The proud wife of Steve, Mommy to Kaleb (and due again in June), Erin helps you with authorization from insurance companies, and handles all of our billing concerns. She's the one to call if you have any questions about your bill, or if you are a provider and need information about one of your clients.
The first face you see is our intake coordinator Julie Rosales. She'll process your initial paperwork, and make sure you get seen quickly after your doctor prescribes physical therapy. She and Jason have worked together for years, and she is glad to continue with Jason's private practice. Julie is who we ask you to call if you need to change an appointment or reschedule. As always, we ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (but Julie is really quite patient and nice, so feel free to call whenever you know you can't make it, okay?)
We're also glad to have our newest PT Aides, replacing our beloved Lucy Santillan, who has headed south to San Diego to begin her Physical Therapist Master's Program. We hope to welcome her back someday as a full-fledged therapist!
Pictured here is our marketing and compliance consultant, Stephen Mintz (with the newest Gray baby). Stephen and Kyndra have been good friends now for 25 years, and he's the guy who will always be asking if you have any of our nifty giveaways and marketing tools...Jason Gray trading cards, flyers, and the creation of this website.
Due to the stringent requirements of a health-care facility, and thanks to our proud participation with PTPN, Stephen has also become a bit of an expert at corporate health-care compliance. Jason and Kyndra are devoted to providing care the right way, and your safety, health, security and privacy are of utmost importance to them. Your Personal Health Information (PHI) is protected at standards as high as or higher than any existing state and federal law, and we're proud to have policy and procedure manuals in place to ensure this.
If you'd like a copy of our PHI policies and procedures to see the steps we go through to maintain your confidence, please don't hesitate to ask any of our staff members!
Physiomotion Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation accepts nearly all insurance PPO plans, Blue Cross, Worker's Compensation, Medicare and many more plans. A proud member of the PTPN physical therapy provider's network, Physiomotion is held to the highest standards of accreditation in order to provide so many insurance options to you, our guest.
